Die Lage ist sehr schön am Kurpark gelegen, zum Zentrum nicht weit, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Bäcker, Fleischer, Diskounter). Die Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern UND 1 Kinderzimmer ist sehr groß, die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und wurde auch ständig benutzt. Auch das kleine WC ist sehr hilfreich und das Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne ist geräumig. Die 106 Stufen sind auch zu bewältigen
