Your responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining our hotel rooms and holiday flats
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in the public areas
- Acting as a point of contact for guests and colleagues in day-to-day hotel operations
- Assisting with seasonal decoration and the layout of the premises
- Ensuring our hotel maintains a well-kept and inviting appearance
What you bring to the role
- Experience in housekeeping, the hotel industry or catering is an advantage
- A friendly, well-presented and professional manner
- A structured, meticulous and tidy approach to work
- Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a sense of responsibility
- A passion for ensuring guests have a pleasant stay
